A comprehensive literature review was undertaken, encompassing PubMed, PsycINFO, CINAHL, EMBASE, MEDLINE, and the Cochrane Library databases, from the year 2019 through October of 2022. After rigorous evaluation, this review included a total of 25 randomized controlled trials involving 3228 subjects. Two independent reviewers were tasked with screening, extracting key data points from the material, and appraising the methodological quality. Telehealth interventions fostered positive changes in the well-being of community adults, including reductions in anxiety, stress, and feelings of loneliness.
